At The Arvé Club, we want your order to arrive safely and quickly. We use Royal Mail shipping with both Standard (Tracked) and Express options to make sure your items reach you on time.
Shipping Options

- Fully tracked so you can follow your parcel every step of the way

2. Express
- Delivery: 1–2 business days (UK)
- Fast and fully tracked delivery
- Ideal for urgent orders
Packaging
- All orders are securely packed in A5 boxes to protect your items
- We carefully package each order so it arrives in perfect condition
Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
- Track your parcel easily via the Royal Mail tracking system
Delivery Issues
While we strive for fast delivery, delays can happen due to Royal Mail service disruptions.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the service you choose
- Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout
We aim to make every delivery fast, safe, and stress-free!
Returns & Refunds
Because of hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or opened socks.
You can return socks if:
- They are unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
How to return:
- Contact us at info@thearveclub.com to request a return
- Pack the socks securely in their original packaging
- Ship them back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty)
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned socks and confirm they are unworn and unopened, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
- If your socks arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately
- We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping
